If you become an agent of ACS we will retain this information and may use it and disclose it to others for personnel, administrative or other purposes related to your becoming an agent of ACS.

We may collect and retain information on race, gender, ethnicity or other protected or special status. For example, where applicable laws and regulations require us to request and save race, gender, and ethnicity information for future government reporting; however, such information is not reviewed in connection with consideration for employment. We may also collect such information for personnel and/or administrative uses. Where there are laws or regulations covering this type of information, we will collect, retain and use the information and data in full compliance with applicable laws.

We take our responsibility to secure the personal information in our possession very seriously. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. We do not recommend that personal identification be sent to us through regular email as it cannot be encryption protected.
